At N&N Education Consultants, we aim to provide high-quality academic assistance. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Payment made but work not started

  • Failure to deliver the agreed service within the confirmed deadline

  • Duplicate payment made by the client

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already been delivered

  • Delay is caused by incomplete or incorrect information from the client

  • Client changes requirements after work has started

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not previously agreed

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered depending on:

  • Stage of work completion

  • Time invested by our team

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email

  • Each request is reviewed within 5–7 working days

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method
